PISCATOR

PISCATOR begins with the figure of the fisherman and follows symbols as they are stripped of authority. Through jewellery and objects, the lamb, the double-headed eagle, and the signet ring become forms in transition: still carrying the traces of power, yet no longer entirely defined by it.

The collection asks what remains when authority recedes. This is neither a return to an untouched origin nor a simple opposition between innocence and power. It is a changed condition, marked by what has passed through it, in which a quiet possibility of hope remains.
